Definition: EPDM roofing (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is synthetic rubber roofing membrane typically applied to low slope and flat roofs. The best-performing, flexible and weatherproof roof material for residential and commercial use is EPDM. It comes in black or white and different thicknesses for different types of roofs.

Key Features of EPDM Roofing:
